Executive Fellow, Digital Transformation

A one-year fellowship placing senior civilians inside transformation teams rewriting how the Department buys and fields software.

Duties

Embed with a transformation team for four quarters.

Produce one adopted process change per rotation.

Mentor a cohort of GS-13 analysts.

Qualifications

Completion of a Department leadership program or equivalent.

Evidence of leading change without direct authority.
