Lead the analytic cell that models throughput constraints across the submarine industrial base and recommends surge options to the program executive.
• Direct a multidisciplinary team producing industrial base capacity assessments.
• Translate supplier risk data into executive decision packages.
• Represent NAVSEA 04 in interagency supply chain forums.
• One year of specialized experience at the GS-13 level or equivalent.
• Demonstrated supervision of analytic or program staff.
